All of our folks are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a Clean and Beautify certified cleaner.
We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.
If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window).

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

Inside Refrigerator
Wipe down & disinfect. Does not include freezer unless requested. Please empty refrigerator prior to service.

Clean interior cabinets and drawers in kitchen. Please empty cabinets and drawers prior to service.
Inside Bathroom Cabinets

Inside Windows
Clean inside window and window sills of reachable windows.
Blinds
Dust and wipe down blinds. Select number of windows. We do not thoroughly clean plastic or metal mini blinds due to danger of breaking.
Spot-Clean Walls
Wipe down/Spot-clean walls within arm’s reach using soap and water. Because the integrity of paint is sometimes an issue, our cleaners err on the side of caution when applying cleaning products to the walls. They will do our best to remove basic stains, but sometimes a spot just needs a quick paint touch-up.
Light Organizing
Organizing, closets, cabinets and drawers, clothes and linens, de-cluttering, and light unpacking. $44/hr/cleaner, so if you choose 1 hour and we send 2 cleaners, that will give them 30 minutes of Organizing time. Please let your cleaners know what you need help organizing with the allotted time.
Pet Hair Removal
Pets are awesome, but messy! This extra provides additional time to remove pet hair from floors and carpets. Does not apply to Upholstery (please see our Services page for more information).
Load of Laundry
Wash, Dry, and Fold. Please communicate specific garment needs on the day of your service.
For this service, we provide a solution for any requests you may have, including extras that usually would be considered add-ons. It is important that you accurately estimate the time required when booking this service so that your cleaning professionals have the time they need to perform the requested services. 3-hour minimum.
If your home has not been professionally cleaned within the last month, selecting the Deep Clean option will give your cleaning professionals the time they need to achieve the high-quality results that they are known for. Once we have performed a Deep Clean, our Standard Clean will be the perfect choice for recurring services!
